Introduction: Mianyang Weibo Electric Co.,Ltd mainly develop and research electric parameter isolation sensors and intelligent electric parameter transducers. Weibo invented the electric parameter isolation sensors in 1989, and got the technical patent. As for the largest developing and producing base of electric sensors in China, our products including 10 series, more than 1000 models and several thousands specifications. Our product used widely in fields of railway, electric power, telecommunication, instruments and meters and various automatic controls.
Agent Requirements: Weibo Electronic Co., Ltd is a leading China manufacturer of electric signal isolators/ converters for industrial use. The company engages in designing, manufacturing and supplying WB series electric signal isolators/converters that are used to measure, isolate and converting field electric signals for the industrial process automation & control systems, substation environmental monitoring, railway computer monitoring systems, etc since 1989.
Weibo's WB series products are sold in the Republic of China through a nation-wide network of stocking dealers (agents and distributors) who purchase directly from the factory. The dealer must have the capability to install and service the electric signal isolators/converters locally. Warranty and non-warranty service must be provided. The dealer must have necessary test equipment and be willing to not only carry an inventory of WB series isolators/converters, but service material as well.
Weibo prefers to deal with mutually exclusive dealers in each defined territory and grants a certain discount from their recommended or suggested list prices.
Weibo payment terms are normally either pre-payment or payment by a Confirmed Irrevocable Letter of Credit. After a relationship has been established and the dealer has a proven track record, there are ways to establish a line of credit.
This above is Weibo policy to establish a dealership in an area, or country, and work with the dealer on an "ad-hoc" (case-by-case) basis for a trial period of time, usually six months. If the relationship is mutually profitable, it is policy to enter into a written, mutually exclusive agreement.
Enclosed is Weibo questionnaire sheet for the dealers. It is mandatory that it be filled out completely and returned to the company. Upon receipt and review, the company will contact you.
